One third of the territory is protected under the Catalonia plan for Areas of Natural Interest. This landscape caters for a wide range of outdoor sports. There is a system of trails designed expressly for walkers and thoroughly sign posted. At the same time an entire series of helpful panels set up at the most interesting points provide you with information on the natural, historic and cultural heritage.
