Natasha and Herman are the Property Management Agents for Villa 104.

Prices include meet and greet service, information and assistance provided if needed during your stay, departure checkout, cleaning, laundry and pool maintenance.

Prices are per week for the accommodation, with a maximum occupancy of six people and are inclusive of Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels (not for beach, pool or sunbed use).

This tariff is based on Friday departures. Under certain circumstances other departure days may be considered.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking and the balance ten weeks prior to departure. If the departure date is within ten weeks of booking then the full payment should accompany the booking request. Please make cheques payable to Emma Lange and send to Frogs Hop, 160 Station Lane, Lapworth, Solihull, B94 6JJ.

A refundable breakage's and damages deposit of £100 (150 euros) is required.

Guests should ensure they have made adequate provision for insurance cover in the event of cancellation. For your own protection, a comprehensive travel insurance policy should be obtained.
